If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order(s) please contact our Customer Service department at [email protected] and let us know how we can better support your need for quality training.
If you need to return one or more of our products, please take note of the following:

Return Policy for Printed Products:

Printed products may be returned for credit within 9 months of invoice date for 100% credit. After 9 months of invoice date no credit will be received. Credit will be allowed only for printed products in new, salable condition.

Return Policy for Printed Products:

Digital products, sold either individually or as part of a package, will not be accepted for return once the serial key has been activated or after 30 days past the invoice date.

Product Return Instructions:

Original sales invoice or invoice number must be included with all returns.

Return shipping charges must be prepaid.

All cartons must be clearly marked with the following:

Shipping Policy

  • We process and ship orders as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day your order was placed.
  • Most orders placed before 2:30 PM CST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:30 PM CST, over the weekend, or on a US Holiday will be processed and shipped the following business day.
  • UPS shipments require a physical street address including apartment or suite number if applicable.
  • Physical items are shipped from our warehouse in Homewood, IL.
